<h2>Terms of service</h2>

<p>This store is operated by Maria Perea (NIF 83261843A). Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Maria Perea. By using product35.com or placing an order, you agree to what follows.</p>

<h3>Buying from us</h3>

<p>You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from this store. You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and current — particularly your delivery address, because we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.</p>

<p>Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for instance if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed wrongly, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund, always.</p>

<h3>Prices</h3>

<p>All prices are in Australian dollars and are the total you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never for an order you have already placed and we have already confirmed.</p>

<p>We do not display struck-through "was" prices unless the item genuinely sold at that price for a meaningful period beforehand. If you never see a discount on this site, that is deliberate.</p>

<h3>Product information</h3>

<p>We describe the launcher as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's own specification sheet and photographs of the actual product. Screens vary, so colours can look slightly different from one device to another. Where we do not know something — the exact noise level, for example — we say we do not know rather than invent a figure.</p>

<p>The launcher is designed for small and medium dogs playing with a standard 2-inch tennis ball. Please read the product page before you buy: it tells you what the manufacturer says it is not suited for.</p>

<p>The launcher is a mechanical device with a motor and a built-in lithium battery. Follow the safety warnings printed on the machine and set out on the product page. Do not put your hand inside the launch mouth. Supervise the first sessions with your dog. Do not leave it within reach of unsupervised children. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by use that ignores those warnings.</p>

<h3>Your consumer rights</h3>

<p>Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Where we are permitted by law to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.</p>

<h3>Your account and your conduct</h3>

<p>If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it. You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with how it works, or to scrape it.</p>

<h3>Content on this site</h3>

<p>The text, product photography and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.</p>

<p>Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.</p>

<h3>Changing these terms</h3>

<p>We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.</p>

<h3>Where we are, and which law applies</h3>

<p>Maria Perea is a company established in Spain. We sell and ship to customers in Australia. These terms are governed by Spanish law and by the courts of Spain.</p>

<p><strong>That clause does not take anything away from you.</strong> Because we supply goods to consumers in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law applies to what we sell you, and the consumer guarantees in it cannot be excluded by any contract term — including this one. If a term of these terms ever conflicts with a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, that right wins.</p>
